Bicycle Repair & Service Policy
Jereko Gear LLC
At Jereko Gear LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable bicycle repair and maintenance services. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with all repair work performed by our technicians.
1. Scope of Service
All repairs are performed based on the condition of the bicycle at the time of service and the agreed-upon work order. While we strive to identify and address all mechanical issues, bicycles are complex systems, and additional concerns may arise after service.
2. Post-Repair Support
We stand behind our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. If an issue related to a completed repair arises, we are willing to inspect the bicycle and assess the concern at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.
Any follow-up adjustments or corrections deemed necessary due to workmanship will be addressed accordingly.
3. Limitations of Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to the quality of the service performed. We do not cover:
Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, neglect, or accidents
Damage caused during transportation (including vehicle racks, shipping, or improper storage)
Normal wear and tear following service
Issues unrelated to the original repair performed
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for labor may be issued at the sole discretion of Jereko Gear LLC if it is determined that services rendered did not meet reasonable standards of workmanship.
Labor: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Parts: All parts and components are non-refundable once installed
5. Third-Party Repairs
If a bicycle is taken to another shop or technician for work related to a repair performed by Jereko Gear LLC before we have had the opportunity to inspect and address the issue:
Any eligibility for refunds, adjustments, or additional service from Jereko Gear LLC may be voided
We strongly encourage customers to return directly to us first so we can properly assess and resolve any concerns.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about the bicycle’s condition and history
Inspecting their bicycle upon pickup
Using and maintaining the bicycle in a safe and appropriate manner
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By authorizing repair work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
ALL BIKES OR PARTS THAT ARE NOT RETRIEVED WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED
